Hi, I’m Paige.

Paige has spent over 15 years working in health and fitness — but the thread running through all of it has never really been fitness. It has always been women.

As the youngest of six children raised by a single mother, she grew up watching what women are made of. The strength, the sacrifice, the quiet power of a woman who shows up every single day.

Her career began on the competitive stage as a professional IFPA natural bodybuilder, where she built a foundation of deep nutritional and strength training knowledge that still informs everything she does today. From there, a personal conviction led her to Krav Maga — training in martial arts for years before becoming a Level 3 certified instructor and spending over eight years teaching women to feel safe, capable, and powerful in their own bodies. She taught seminars, led community classes, and worked alongside women's shelters — always coming back to the same mission.

When the women closest to her began becoming mothers, something clicked. Here was another season where women needed real support, real expertise, and someone genuinely in their corner. She became a certified postpartum doula, prenatal health and fitness coach, childbirth educator, yoga instructor and herbalist — and founded MotherWell to bring it all under one roof.

Rooted in lived experience and built on expertise — MotherWell is more than a wellness practice, it is a sisterhood. Built on the belief that no woman should walk this road alone.

My Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all here. Every client comes with her own history, her own needs, and her own definition of support. MotherWell meets her there, with expert guidance, genuine warmth, and zero judgment.

Education and empowerment sit at the center of everything. Because a woman who understands what is happening in her body, who feels informed and prepared, is a woman who can advocate for herself. That has always been Paige's mission, from the self defense mat to the birthing room.

And above all, community. The belief that women are stronger together — that showing up for one another is one of the most powerful things we can do — is what MotherWell was built on.
